First Aiders Required

This is an appeal on behalf of the Medical volunteers who attend Ashfield each week.

The new Speedway rules state that the First Aid Team should consist of a minimum of 7 people including a Medical Officer (namely Paramedic/Doctor) and an Ambulance Driver. So the other 5 are covered by volunteers at Event Medix.

If the full 7 are not available then meetings cannot take place. Therefore, we need more people to come and join us as our volunteer numbers are dropping. All that is required is a valid First Aid Certificate

If you are interested in volunteering or require any further information, please use the contact page above to get in touch.

Thank you.

Mitchell Davey is under Doctors orders to rest for the next week or so. He will return to the side for our home meeting with Scunthorpe on May 18th.

Shane’s condition remains the same and we don’t know as yet when he will return to action.

We wish all our injured riders a speedy recovery.
