Shane Parker

Following yesterdays hospital appointment, Shane has reluctantly decided to accept doctor’s advice and delay his racing comeback. It was recommended that he continues his rehabilitation and fitness programme to ensure he has fully recovered from his injuries. Speaking from his Nuneaton base he said:

“Announcing my return this weekend was perhaps a little optimistic. Despite feeling 100% better than I have done in recent months, I have lost a large chunk of the season and need to ensure that I am both fit and able to return to racing. I’m obviously gutted, having prepared myself for a return, but I also need to be sensible in my approach.”

As instructed, Shane now plans to continue with his daily workouts and will schedule a practice session as soon as he is able. Guests for the weekend meeting will be announced shortly.
