Despite feeling 100% better than I have done in recent months, I have lost a large chunk of the season and need to ensure that I am both fit and able to return to racing. I’m obviously gutted, having prepared myself for a return, but I also need to be sensible in my approach.”
As instructed, Shane now plans to continue with his daily workouts and will schedule a practice session as soon as he is able. Guests for the weekend meeting will be announced shortly.
