Many top Elite League riders supplement their income by racing in Sweden and Poland, but lower echelon racers feel the financial pinch. Now clubs have been given permission for two Premier League riders, with an average below eight, to share a place with an Elite League club.
It means that 21-year-old Boxall, desperate for as much racing as possible after missing most of this year with an arm injury, can ride in both divisions.

19th Nov The Annual British Speedway Promoters Assoc conference has now been completed and the full details for the 2009 British Speedway Season are now released courtesy of the BSPA.
PANTHERS team boss Trevor Swales revealed the club have already lined up their chosen targets for 2009 โ and three could be unveiled as early as next week.
