Lee Named Skipper

Lee Dicken has been named as the skipper of the 2010 “A-Plant” Tigers. Dicken was shortlisted by Stewart Dickson alongside Travis McGowan earier in the year but the gritty Yorskshire man will don the armband and practice his tossing ahead of the season.


Successful Press and Practice

The weather was excellent, the attendance was as good as it has been in many years, and the Glasgow “A-Plant” Tigers took to the shale for the first time this season for some much needed practice as the winter cobwebs were well and truly blown away.

All nine riders got valuable track time (James McBain and Nick Morris also included) and were also able to get out for some additional practice on the Monday, although the conditions were slightly damper. It’s all systems go for the new season which starts on Sunday against Coventry in an attractice pre season challenge.
